I just had to buy this CD a second time because my son broke our first one. It has all my favorite tradional kids party songs.... Limbo Rock, Chicken Dance, The Twist, The Conga, Cotton Eyed Joe, Mex. Hat Dance, The Hora, Hokey Pokey, Bunny Hop. Many are instrumental or sound like the original versions to me. This is not a CD of songs by amateurs!
Who needs expensive party entertainment! This is less than 13 dollars!
It will fix a lull in any kids party! (Especially good for ages 5 and up because they can learn the dances easiest...)

I am a pre K music specialist and I love this CD. I dont like for my kiddos to just sit and sing or play instruments. They get bored. With this CD I can always make time for the kids to stand up and exercise. The dances are simple and if you want to improvise, you definately can.

I am very satisfied with this product and the way it is made. I will have many oppurtunities to use it in school, as a teacher.
If there is made versions of these dances for adults or teenagers, I would buy it immidiately. I have search for those dances for many years.
For now I am pleased. The music, the videoes, explanations, everthing is very good. Thank you.

Having trouble trying to find a dance DVD for school age girls, I bought this one on a "lesser of two evils" approach. No dance DVDs that sounded good had good reviews, but this was sounded better. It's not great, but the kids like it. I suggest doing the step by step before doing the dances so the kids know what to do, because during the actual dances they focus on the dancer's heads instead of feet often and don't show you the steps until the dance is over. In the step by step they go slow so kids can get the steps down and keep up during the full speed dances. Great music and fun, once you get the dance moves down. Not for kids who are not patient.
