Sooooo mid 90s January 11, 2007 Sean Dowd (New Brunswick, Canada) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Pretty good, although a little dated. This is to be expected since talk shows are generally topical, but the jokes are still funny today.
space ghost is gay July 10, 2006 Lars Ulrich (Freaking Ballsack, PA USA) 0 out of 7 found this review helpful
this DVD is pretty funny. i like the one where zorak transmutes human feces into jello powder before being turned into gore. if you like space ghost also check out Sunn O))), Oasis, 25 ta Life, and Ben Folds.
Amazing. May 30, 2006 Garrett Beneker (Cali, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The humor is completely off the wall, no boundries. Not for kids and not for uptight people who don't know how to laugh either. They range from the completely silly to the complete absurd, and yet still manage to be hilarious. SP Coast to Coast is a great show. With it's great lineup of guest stars to each episodes subplot you won't be able to sit through one without dying of laughter. One second Space Ghost will be interviewing a guest and the next he'll be ranting and raving at his side kicks on the show Zorak and Moltar. If you want a different kind of late night talk show then defintely buy this set! Great quality, some nifty special features and all the witty SP Coast to Coast you can ask for!
This stuff is hilarious June 23, 2005 M. B. Cummings (Seattle, WA USA) I don't see where "sleaze" comes in with Space Ghost: Coast to Coast. It's just plain funny, if you like weird humor. Let's face it: Space Ghost was never going to come back as a serious superhero. The idea of making him onto a talk show host with his captive archnemeses working for him on the show was fantastic. The Space Ghost character they devised is arrogant, dull-witted and petulant. He's the only superhero I've ever heard say "OW!" In a high-pitched, indignant way, no less. The offhand way he treats guests is great. He often just drifts off into some aside, completely forgetting them. One time, after ignoring Dr. Joyce Brothers for a while, he turns back to her and says, "OK, so what was it you were blathering about?" If you like oddball humor, you'll like SP: Coast to Coast. If you're somewhat humorless, I suppose you'll find a reason to be outraged by it somehow.
