We watched this last night and was surprised by the background noise. It really took you out of the relaxed mood it should be providing. Listening to it I kept expecting to hear "Quiet, Daddy's trying to shoot a video!", or after the cell phone rings a hushed "I have to call you back." I don't know what the film-maker was thinking. Did no one watch the video after it was shot and say "Whoa, what the heck is all that noise in the background!?" Very unprofessional. Sorry, this one is not a winner.

Picture quality was great, that's about it. Cheap looking fireplace, babies crying, phones ringing. Absolutely terrible. Could have been so much better.

Made a nice diner. Opened a bottle of wine. This Fireplace DVD was great for setting the mood. It is great for background ambiance on a nice flat screen.

The quality of the picture is amazing. It is very sharp on a Sony blue-ray and 1080P. I didn't notice any background sounds as I didn't have it cranked up loud.

Like the other reviewed explained, kids, screaming, phones ringing, people coming up and downstair, only last 39 something minutes not 60 as in the description. Really homemade video. Did not like it at all.
