What can a person say to their partner about having orgasm? This video talk about the ideas most commonly found about orgasm, in particular for women, and other ways to consider as an alternative that opens new doors to a better sexuality. So many people often feel they are not succeeding with their partner sexually, this offers something new to add on they everyone can succeed with. It has an internal and external anatomy presentation of a woman's genitals that indicates the pleasurable spots to touch and a simple technique every woman can ask her partner to use with her for easy to produce orgasm.

By far this is the most professional looking DVD of the 3 different collections. I liked how the presentation of the information built up gradually. A new viewer would not be overwhelmed, including how the concept and the contemporary definition of orgasm (which I feel, is key to getting the point of Deliberate Orgasm or DOing) is brought about. I liked how Rachael clearly presented the information. Showing a live demonstration of a 3 minute orgasm was good. I also liked the special features interviews because it felt personal.
The anatomy demonstration was well done; however, the overlay on the women's genital was a bit confusing. Was the pink clitoris overlay also representing the root of the clitoris? More information here would be good.
My husband and I are familiar with the Deliberate Orgasm (DOing) technique already, but for a new viewer, a demonstration of the basic DOing position during the demonstration of the 3 Minute Orgasm would be nice. RJ stood while stroking Susan, which might be portrayed as how a women is DOne. Even though we know that DOing is a very intimate sex act, the first time DOer might be turned off by what would seem as a sterile act if a man were standing.
I would recommend or gift this one to my friends as for many years it has been difficult to talk to them about DOing because there is no context to what I am attempting to talk about. And I think Deliberate Orgasm Duet: Expanding Female Orgasm plus The Technique of Peaking and Extended Orgasm.goes a little too rapidly into the information, including watching the 20 to 25 minute explicit orgasm demonstration I have felt can be overwhelming for a first time viewer. Now, I can encourage them to get the 3 minute series. The context of what an orgasm is, with this expanded viewpoint is what will have them be able to get it.
This DVD expands the viewpoint of what Orgasm is. My husband and I have added it with the DOing technique. (All of which can be applied to DOing a man as well) to our sex life now for many years and it has provided us with consistent, exquisite, reliable gratification.

The A 3 Minute Orgasm shows an unusual view of what orgasm is, it also challenges many of the myth still in place about sex and offers a way to look at it that men and women can always win by.
I love the interviews with the instructors that talks about why A 3 Minute Orgasm and how a couple can add this to their relationship as something fun to do and talk about with each other. These same concepts are talk about by other authors, like the book
Instant Orgasm: Excitement at First Touch (Positively Sexual) which also gives exercises and also another book even though not as good called The One-Hour Orgasm: How to Learn the Amazing "Venus Butterfly" Technique
We did as recommended and experimented with the info. A fantastic addition for us.

A 3 minute orgasm - what a concept!
My partner and I have watched this DVD several times now together, and have had more than one of those delicious 3 minute orgasms!
The content is presented well, it's soft and nonabrasive, and definitely makes you want to go try it out. The way they talk about orgasm and lay it out for you takes the pressure off of feeling like orgasm should look or feel a specific way - sometimes sex IS explosive, other times it's just a nice, quiet way to spend time with my partner.
The instructors don't feel or look like actors - they look real, soft and loving toward each other, while still being educative. It's refreshing to see there are people out there interested in expanding the whole notion of orgasm, along with a new technique. They say there is a part 2, and thank goodness because I have a lot of questions now too!
