The first routine is for beginners to learn the basics of exercising with hand-weights, focusing on form and technique as viewers get comfortable. The second routine builds on those principles, taking viewers through more advanced exercises and pushing endurance. The final routine changes gears; it is a cardio workout for all levels that focuses on burning calories and building heart strength.

The DVD will also have a raw foods nutrition section that will emphasize the importance of good eating habits. It will teach viewers how to make four simple but delicious and healthy recipes.

i'm a fan of joel's and the "you" series. the other titles have all used your own body weight. this adds low weight/hi reps. it pretty basic stuff but you never stop moving, so you definately will build a sweat. it also has a cardio portion, around 30min. mixed impact, some old school moves....but they work. as always, joel is very encouraging and he know his stuff!
